On the 8th of January I took out a promote my video package for R20, the promotion was successfully effected and lasted for one day as per the terms of the package. On the 9th of January 2025,I received a bank notification of R23 deducted from my account for "POS purchase, something that I have no idea what it is and have not authorized. What is funny is that initially with the first transaction, an OTP was sent to my phone for the promotion order, but now subsequent alumauthorused transaction just goes off without any of that due diligence. This is a **** and based on these findings I'm entitled to conclude that Tik Tok is sharing our sensetive financial details with ******** syndicates and their networks. I want my money back. I will be taking this matter further to the ombudsman. This is pure ********ity.
