Slow help center with no solutions to offer

I’m a small business owner based in South Africa and I’m currently getting an increasing number of new followers on TikTok. However, with each new follower TikTok decreases the number of followers I have. I have reported the issue with no substantial solution from TikTok. Their help center is so slow to assist users and it’s really disappointing how I got treated.

Is it because my account is not verified that now I deserve to be treated like this. I work so hard and I deserve my new followers even if TikTok does not see it that way.

So dissatisfied with TikTok , get your act together and fix my inaccurate count of followers.
