No customer service

All i want to say is that this company should value the small businesses that bring work to them as well. They just do not have any customer service/support at all. Promise to come back to you but two days later i am still waiting. They have to remember there are other companies that do the same job as them and their service are way better. You'll have to work on your customer service or make ready to loose not only small business support but big companies as wel. You have lost me.
