Appalling service by Tighfit Garage Doors/ Strand

In Apr 2017 I had the gates at my holiday home in Herm**** automated. The system has been unstable and mostly not functioning ever since. Numerous calls and emails have led to nothing. The most recent attempt was in January 2019. I was assured by Ruan that it would be dealt with on 16/01/2019. Yet more calls and an undertaking that he would call to offer feedback. We are almost a month later and I have received none. Calls to mr de Swart have previously been stonewalled by an assistant. This is a faulty installation for which the company is taking no responsibility and making no effort to remedy. I urgently seek a solution as this is an untenable situation .
