Idiots do work on my house without concent

House I am renting out needed work. I asked the people renting my place to get me a quote of the stuff they wanted fixed. All of a sudden I get an invoice for work done from Samantha Visagie from Tight and Tidy. They go ahead with work without the owner of the house concent. No business ethics, shame.
