Worst first time experience

I'm currently at Tiger's milk (cedar square).... I am receiving the worst service ever. All the ****tails that we ordered don't have any alcohol in them, the Heineken drafts taste Ike they've added water in them. Our drinks were brought at the table one or two at a time and not on a tray. The wine glasses were dirty as well. We had to complain but nothing improved. They sold us dreams at this restaurant. It's the worst place to go to. Definitely not worth the prices
