Worst experience at Tigers Milk V&A

Worst experience to date.

I have visited other Tigers Milks around Cape Town and even when it was fully packed the service was still great.

It was my first visit to the Tigers milk in V&A and i can’t even properly rate the service since I didn’t receive any.

Firstly there wasn’t anyone at the door so I walked up to the till where there were about 3-5 waiters and what seemed to be a manager. I asked for a table and they gave me one, and I was told a waiter world come.

After 10 mins of no service I walked back up to the cashing site and asked for a waiter or atleast a menu, and yet again nothing.

10 mins later 2 “tables” walked in and they were sat and given Menus, 5 mins after that a waiter came to take their order, while we still didn’t receive any service.

After 30 mins had lapsed I got up again and asked for a menu and only this time a 1 menu was given to my table where 3 people were sitting. We decided to make due with what was in front of us, but yet again getting a waiter to get our order was a struggle to the point we left due to being unattended.

Later on I came back with a 2 more friends making the group 5 in hopes that the service would be better, it wasn’t. My sister and I ordered milkshakes that came to the table watery and when we asked about it we were told that a manager would come to the table which never happened. We ended up just drinking what was in front of us and paid for what was below the Tigers milk standard.
