WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT TIGER’S MILK WATERFALL WALK 😩😡
WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT TIGER’S MILK WATERFALL WALK 😩😡 I honestly don’t know where to start because the service we received tonight was beyond disappointing. My boyfriend ordered 12 wings, but about 5 minutes later, we called the waitress and asked if we could change the order because 12 wings was too much for two people. The waitress told us, “I’ll call the manager because the wings have already been prepared. I’ll bring you the 4 wings you need now.” The time was 21:32. The manager came to our table and spoke to my boyfriend. My boyfriend said, “Okay, you can bring the wings since you’re saying they’ve already been prepared.” Then we waited… and waited. 😩 44 minutes later, we still had no wings. We asked the waitress where the wings were, and he told us they were in the kitchen. We asked why they hadn’t been brought to us when the manager had already said they were prepared and on their way. He said he would go and check. At that point, my boyfriend asked for the bill. The waitress eventually came back with the bill at 22:50 — and guess what? 🤦🏽♀️ The bill still showed 12 wings. We had only received and eaten 4 wings, yet we were expected to pay for all 12. My boyfriend called the manager and explained the situation. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the manager allegedly told him that if we didn’t pay, he would take our phones and then called a bouncer/security. Let me make this clear: paying was never the issue. The issue is that we were told at 21:32 that the wings had already been prepared, yet we only received them much later — and then we were expected to pay for food we didn’t even receive or eat. How does that make sense? If the wings were already prepared at 21:32, why did it take so long to serve them? And if we only received 4 wings, why were we being charged for 12? Customers should not be forced to pay for food they did not receive, and threatening to take someone’s phones and calling security instead of simply correcting the bill is completely unacceptable. This was not about the money. It was about fairness, communication and customer service.
