unpleasant experience

Hi , so earlier today i placed an order at Tiger's Milk Century City. My order consisted of a Vegetarian pizza and a Coma burger. I was told that they have a slight problem with their pizza takeaway boxes and said the pizza will be placed into smaller boxes which was totally fine until i received my food the pizza was stacked on top of each other facing towards one another it was messy, unpresentable and not very much delightful. Furthermore, the burger came without chips and only the side that i ordered which i don't understand does a burger not come with chips also, my options wasn't given to me regarding chips. On the other hand, the service that was provided was unpleasant and we waited extremely long for change. I kindly had to ask twice how long is it going to take because the place wasn't full the first time the lady never came back to me the second time i got up and went to ask again.
