Unhappy 21 st birthday celebration

Last night we went to Tigers Milk at Harvest place as I wanted to have a ****tail and drink with my daughter for her 21 st Birthday. It was not outrageously busy as we got a table immediately. Service was appalling. We placed our drinks order and never received it. We left an hour later with no drink and no food. If drinks take more than a hour to prepare ,how long does the food take? Tables close to us were receiving drinks and yet we were left with nothing. Very very disappointing. A manager tried to stop us at the exit and said he could have our drinks in 5min. A little too late. What was supposed to be a celebration ended with nothing. Never to be repeated.
