Tyger's Milk Claremont

I had the worst experience ever at Tyger's Milk Claremont. The area I was sitting at was full of fleas. We had to change tables but that did not help at all because the fleas kept on following us. They even know about the fleas because they use a big white candle to chase them away. We were seated close to the kitchen, that could only mean one thing, rotten food and dirty kitchen. I took videos of the fleas and wrote an email to Tyger's Milk but it's a week and they have not responded. The reason why I did not call for the manager that Sunday we were there, it was simply because I did not want to cause drama and also didn't want to make the waiter uncomfortable as she tried her best to ensure we received the best service. Unfortunately, I forgot her name but I think her name is Babalwa. Food takes forever, even drinks but we were just less than 10 in the establishment on that day. Worst experience and I was so looking forward to dinning at Tyger's Milk Claremont as it was my first time. Fire that Manager who does not care about customer complaints or you will find your establishment being closed.
