Tigers Milk V&A waterfront terrible experience

Tygers milk waterfront - we went for my girlfriends birthday yesterday (2 October 2023) and we did not enjoy ourselves. First off the service was terrible, our waitress was in her own world and didn't check up on us once. Somebody else who looked like she was the hostess had to come see if we were okay or needed something. We sat for 20 minutes with dirty dishes on our table trying to look for our waitress to bring the bill and a doggy bag. She was extremely slow. Also, note when we got there the restaurant was half empty, it only got busy by the time we wanted to leave. The food was terrible as well, my son had chicken strips and chips and you could literally taste the oil in his chicken and the chips tasted of just oil, my girlfriend had the pulled pork tacos which is firstly over priced, R165 for 2 small little tacos with more coleslaw than filling, also the flavors of the taco did not work together at all. Also for the price tacos should at least come with a small side seeing as it's so expensive for 2 small ones. Lastly I had the surf and turf and when it had come to the table my steak was cold, as I was hungry and couldn't find my waitress I just ate it. This was our first time trying a Tygers Milk and probably our last. It's safe to say we should of rather gone to spur.
