Tigers milk suncoast

I recently went to tigers milk in Suncoast where I accumulated a bill of over R3000. Before settling my bill I went over to the bar to order a bottle of water which I paid for with cash. The bartender handed me the water and said he would bring the change to my table, which he never did. I approached him for a second time asking for my change and he gave me the same response. I contacted the store about this after my experience and spoke to the manager named David. He was very rude about the situation and made it seem as if I had done something wrong. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this with Tigers milk suncoast, the bartenders take advantage of customers while they are under the influence of alcohol and rob them for their change !
