On a night out with my friends and after ordering a 300g steak fillet to be done at medium, we received a steak that was overcooked and requested that the steak fillet be redone - to which the manager reported to our table and apologised for the inconvenience. He took our details and told us that he will be in contact with us soon to make up for the inconsistency - we have yet to hear from the manager to follow up on his promise..... I am very disappointed that the manager has not followed up on this promise, very disappointed.
