an old favourite turned very sour when we visited Kloof branch yesterday afternoon. waited long to be served for drinks, no one checked on us. we had to wave for service. sauce on the menu for the prawns versus what arrived was different. My food was served cold, steak, butternut and onion rings. staff was not attentive. while establishment was setting up, staff was noisy, glasses breaking. Staff needs training on how to address patrons. alas, the card machine had an issue, although we were told our transactions were "declined". eventually went through, but overall not a good experience. so sad.
