Tiger's Milk Kalkbay (Appalling Service)

Disappointing service to say the least. I wish there was an option to give a negative rating.

On arrival we chose to sit outside and informed the waiter we'd move inside once one of the tables and the back was free, we told this to another waiter as well so two people knew we were waiting on a table to be free. The table became free and was given to people that had just walked in, no apology from their side. A Savanna and milkshake were ordered for our table and only the milkshake came and still no apology for that mistake nor rectification of the situation and at that point we felt it better to pay for the milkshake and and leave.

What's even more disappointing is we had driven out from the city after hearing what amazing views the restaurant has and what great service there is only to be treated as if we aren't paying customers. Never again! Such a waste of our time and money
