Tigers Milk Claremont - Deplorable Service

Claremont Tigers Milk - I visited this branch to order take out and a drink while I waited. The waiter at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. After a brief chat to him about ordering a take out, he deliberately did not assist with taking the order despite being the one who greeted upon entry and provided me with a menu.

Shortly thereafter the Manager identified this neglect and came to take my order himself. I directly asked one waitress and made direct eye contact and gestured to two others(including the first waiter) in order to receive my bill.

I was made to wait another 15mins for this and had to physically approach the first waiter in question.

The service was deplorable and there was no commitment to customer service shown, other than by the Manager who tried his best to make up for this poor, poor service.

I expected more from Tigers Milk. Too much perhaps?
