Tigers Milk Canal Walk Disgusting Service

Tigers Milk has honestly disgusted me last night. I arrived 5:30, chatted a bit and then ordered drinks before 6. The drinks came quick and I immediately ordered my food. My two friend ordered dessert which should take long right! Then other people were seated next to us and they got their food before us and they left. Another two groups of people arrived at about 6:30-6:40. They also got their food before us. At about 7 our waiter realized that we didn’t get our food and we were unhappy. It’s been an hour later since ordering and not once did anyone check up on us. After 7 we got our food and the manager came to give an insincere apology with an excuse of getting loads of online orders when we were just forgotten. How Is that we had to wait 1 hour and some people after us 15 minutes. We were there when the place was empty and when it got full they only payed attention to us. I’ve never been this upset in an eating place before. I was honestly not going to eat the food but because I was starving I did. Honestly the worst!
