Tigers Milk Appleton Village Bad Experience

Arrived at Tigers Milk Appleton’s Village (first time ever at any Tigers Milk). They didn’t have any of the shots we ordered, and brought the wrong drink in the hopes that my friend wouldn’t notice they didn’t use what he asked for. Waited 30+ minutes for shots that were watered down completely. We then ordered our food - I ordered a “southern fried chicken burger” as stated on the menu, I was served a grilled chicken breast (everything was also completely bland, no flavour at all). I was so hungry I didn’t even bother to send it back or ask why it was advertised as a southern fried chicken breast but was served grilled. My boyfriend and I had what we consider HALF portion of fries, literally like 10 fries on the plate and they were ice cold and so were the onion rings. Will NOT be coming back whatsoever, so disappointed with my first and last experience at Tigers Milk.
