the worst service ever!

a friend of mine decided to pop in and try this restaurant out on the 2nd of July around four o'clock in the evening and upon our arrival a stuff member that was at the door assisted us in finding our table. this is where the problem started, she dropped us at the table without cleaning it and without taking orders or even letting us know if there will be someone else to serve us. we then waited thinking a waiter will eventually take our orders and after what seemed like forever we approached one of the waiters to take our orders and he, without hesitation did so. then the drinks took forever to get to us, then we also waited for food and had to call the waiter and remind him that we were still waiting for food which he went to collect. the last straw was getting approached by a lady explaining that the table we were sitting on had been reserved for customers that decided to pitch early therefore asking us to move to another table. the time was now around 4:25 and the table was reserved for 4:45. because we did not want to cause any scene we asked the waitress(I think her name was Ruby) to allow us to at least finish eating then we would move. right there next to our table as we were finishing our food the white family we had to move for was standing so close that it was super uncomfortable to even finish eating so we got up to go pay.

my issue is that if the table was reserved were they not suppose to say so when we got there? so I refuse to think that table was reserved, these people just wanted us to move elsewhere to accommodate customers they felt were more important to them!
