the person who makes the milkshakes is off today.

two weeks i was having a business meeting with a potential new client that was going to be quite lucrative for my company. I decided to use Tigers milk Canal walk as the venue.

This was probally the worst decision I made this entire year. The level of service was so poor and pathetic .There wasn't enough competant staff on duty to complete my order as the milkshake which was ordered by my future client took more than 30minutes to arrive and when he questioned why its taking so long, the waiter said the person that makes the milkshake is off and they are waiting for the next shift to start. Our bill was just over R300 and i was so dissapointed with the service that i did not even give a tip of 10c.

i wouldnt recommend anyone to use resturant for business meetings, family events or even romantic nights.
