Terrible service at Tigers Milk Ballito

I had the worst experience at Tigers Milk Ballito today,walked in at approximately 14H45 and the waiter attending to us introduced himself and only came back at 14H58,so we order our drinks and food,we waited and waited......and waited and at 15H20 we finally enquire why we are waiting for so long so they explain that their kitchen has a backlog on orders and we calm down and fully understand.At 15H30 we had to ask again why we are still waiting,what was surprising is that customers who came after us swiftly received their orders,we were offered drinks on the house as we waited and again we understood and waited a little more.At 16H05 we were still waiting and we decided to cancel the order and walked out at 16H10,so disappointed.
