Poor service
The worst experience I've we ever had and it was our 1st time... Me and my friends went to Tigers milk in walmer port elizabeth for some dinner.. We got there around 18:45, then 2 other groups came in after is, the waiter came am took our order, we waited and waited, the people that came after us got their order while we still waiting.. We got our order around 19:20... The coffe was I cold, the fries were burnt( I have pictures).. The milkshake was just ice.. We ended up returning the the milkshake and the fries we couldn't even touch... The waiter Mathew was so sweet an he kept apologizing.. We told both managers, a lady and a gentleman, they took our number but none of the made any contact with us.
