Poor service

Been sitting in tigers milk cedar square for a solid 10 minutes before the waitress had even noticed us after 4-5 of them walking past no one came to the table and once the waitress finally walks past us she does a quick turn to say have you been helped and then takes the order. Absolutely ridiculous as my friend and I both work in the service industry and our manager would have given us a warning because of how long this wait has been. I’m not one to complain but because I work as a waitress this is absolutely shocking.
