Poor customer service at Tigers Milk

Dined at the restaurant a few weeks ago, the card machine was out of paper but it authorized the transaction and i paid cash as well, tried to many times to contact the branch to reverse the transaction but they did not respond , i am disgruntled with such service and would not recommend dining in a place with such poor customer service
