Poor Customer Service

On Friday 29 November, I had the worst experience for the second time at Tigers Milk Muizenberg. It took about 30 minutes for a waiter to just come and take a drink order and even after that the wait was longer. After being in the establishment for nearly an hour I decided to leave. It was only at this point when the host decided they compensate us with complimentary drinks which we declined because of the horrible service. Not to mention the waiter who served us was in such a foul mood. I understand it's a busy time of year and places are packed, but why should the customer suffer. Increase your waiters per section. Instead, I went to another restaurant just a few doors away and was served within 5mins.
