Outrageous attitude from management

My family and I were at Tigers Milk, Claremont today.

We had a horrible experience outside of the splendid service we received from our waiter. The encounter we had with two of the managers (Selina and Sbu) was very disappointing and uncomfortable for a lack of better words.

We had asked our waiter if we could watch soccer after we noticed that rugby was playing and no one was really watching. She left and changed the channel to Formula E. We then asked another waiter for the same request. She said okay and left. After about 20 minutes we asked Selina for the same thing and before I even finished saying which channel we are requesting for, she left and walked away. She then spoke to a different colleague, I assumed she was relaying the message because the colleague came to us to inform us that they would not able to switch the channel due to a promotion that was being run regarding formula one.

My main issue was them: 1. Formula E had not been playing when we got here and did not play until we asked for soccer (which was about 1,5hrs after we had arrived) 2. No one explained to us what was happening when we asked for soccer. 3. The attitude and nonchalance we received from Sbu and Selina was unwarranted and should not be the type we receive from managers/supervisors, especially from managers/supervisors.

I do hope someone from Tigers Milk management reaches out to me.
