Extremely disappointing first experience
Port Elizabeth. For a new kitchen/bar and first experience there, extremely disappointing! Waited 15 mins to wave down a waitron for service. Waiters not assigned to designated areas. Minimal clearing of tables. Waited 15min for drinks. Food was good, not great though. No checking if satisfied with food. Wrong orders taken to tables.Waiters not knowing what tables ordered what. Extremely chaotic! Drinks were not cold. And had to wave waiter down several times to get the bill... No plan for a newly opened venue. Won't be back any time soon
