Disgusted customer

I went to this restaurant on the 23rd of September 2020 and was extremely disappointed. The servuce was great, had a very friendly waitresses, but everything else was terrible. First if all I ordered a milkshake, that look foorever to be made and not even worth the wait, ut was so watery, I've had cheaper milkshakes that tasted way better. Then the thing that disgusted me the most was the restrooms, there was toilet paper laying on the floor, tge toilet seats wet of urin, I probably went to the bathroom twice or 3 times. I decided to check the bathroom schedule and notuced the last time it was signed was at 13:00 at we where there between 20:00 an 22:00, I'm just grateful I didn't pick up an infection, but this is unacceptable, especially in the current state of the world.
