Disappointing service & food

Had a horrible experience at your new branch in Pavilion Westville. (02 February 2024). I had made a reservation for 2 Pax at 19:00 , greeted by the not so welcoming hostess who provided me with the worst seating. I ordered the sticky bbq wings and was utterly disappointed when the wings arrived and was only basted on one side. Starters arrived with zero utensils, I had to call the waiter back to bring me some. For mains I had ordered the 200g sirloin, 2 WORDS: Tasteless and Dry. The steak sauce arrived halfway through the meal. For a restaurant chain that is so well known for their good food I was utterly disappointed at the Pavilion branch and felt like I had easily wasted r600+ and will therefore never be going back to there. To add to the horrible experience, whilst exiting the restaurant I saw that my name was written on a utensils box that was placed in a much better seating but unfortunately the lazy hostess didn’t even bother looking and just decided to seat me wherever she could in that moment. I am yet to receive an apology from this branch after emailing them immediately after.
