Consistent bad service

On 13 November 1.20pm we went to tigers milk and ordered beef burgers only to be told they were out of stock, on a Friday lunch time at a popular beach restaurant this is unacceptable. We had to settle for chicken cheese burgers which when they came eventually were soggy and tasteless. I posted a FB review and was told a manager would make contact, 16 days later and no word from anyone at tigers milk. It's shocking we have to accept substandard quality and bad service in Cape Town!
