confusing service

<p>we took a trip to stellenbosh and decided to have supper at tiger's milk which we love as we are regulars at the long street branch.apon arriving waiting for waiter it looks a bit empty the manager comes to the waiter and say they very busy and tables are booked out...not really as we can see waiter comes from manager says no wine will be served and theres a waiting period of 30-40 min for food. I don't really know if that was entirely true but I agreed as I didn't come all the way for nothing. We were told only available seats are at the bar we were told they dont have there liquors licence yet but here's a free glass of wine and a beer on the house. no wine licence they say. uummm.bedises that we orders food thinking it will take 30-40min we said rather cancel as it was going to take long . they actually said food is done and on its way. food arrived I asked barmen if we can sit and eat at a table he said sure I chose the supposedly booked out table. nobody came this table. bad experience.felt disappointed as other tables had bottles of wine on there...where the licence for that either you serve or you don't. ...or is there special preferences at tigers milk stellenbosh</p> <p>..</p>
