Broken glass

After brunch with my family at Tigers Milk in the Pavilion I asked for a glass of water. I drank half the glass and when the ice had melted I noticed a huge shard of broken glass at the bottom of my water. Can you imagine if I drank that! The manager quickly removed the glass of water saying, "Im sorry". I asked for the owners' details and the manager said he'd get them to phone me. Should I be surprised that 3 days later still no word. All I want is someone to take note how serious this was, I could have been badly hurt.
