Bad Customer Service

Visited Tigers Milk in Muizenberg on the 4th of January 2022 with my boss during our lunch time. It was actually my first time there and she promised me that their food and services are very good. She is from Century City and often visit the branch in Century and Camps bay. We had a very bad experience with burnt pizzas and we were billed for things which we ordered, but did not receive. The supervisor was also very unprofessional and the so called manager as well. No name tags are worn. No formal introduction or apology was given to us either. Very disappointing to receive such treatment from such a well known restaurant they even tried to convince us that the pizza was not burnt and went as far as to offer us the burnt pizza as though we were on the lookout for a free meal. My boss swore high and low that she receive the best food and service at the branches in Century and Camps bay so why is it that this branch is allowed to offer such poor service in our community?
