Atrocious service

So we had to wait for 45 minutes for our order,I understand it was busy. When our Order arrives the fries were burnt looked like something left over at the bottom of the pan. Then I order a second drink as our food took so long to arrive and my first drink was up. The waiter brings the wrong drink so we tell him, guess what he doesnt apologies! he tells me to try the beer which I did not order. Says I might like it. Turns out they didnt have the drink I order in stock. The normal thing to do is apologize and offer something else not the way he went about it. In the end I told him we cancelling the burnt chips and that we were not happy about the service. Not once did he apologise.I noticed nobody came to check if everything was ok, we had to call someone to get attention. I don't think that its OK as we are paying for a service just like everyone else. Zero rating from me!
