Appling service at Tigers Milk Main Road

My family of four visited a restaurant around 16:00 today. Upon receiving our menus, a male employee informed us that the table was reserved for 18:30. We assured him we would finish before that time. Later, another employee who provided us with the menus informed us that the Manager wanted us to vacate the table immediately fo early for a setup, despite our willingness to leave in time. We chose to leave rather than endure mistreatment by employees lacking customer service skills. We found excellent service at a Bootleggers on Main Road. The poor customer service and lack of business acumen displayed by the restaurant employees are concerning. It's worth noting that our experiences at other Tiger's Milk franchises in CPT were not as disappointing.its a pity that employees conduct can harm a brand as we shall not return to any of the Franchises again.
