A very unhappy consumer

Well it's official. I absolutely will not return to Tigers Milk. I've only been to the one in Muizenberg, but that's where the experience has been ruined. The service was extremely slow. My order came to the table incorrectly, it took another while before my order was rectified. I received my food, but it still doesn't have an actual spark to it that I'd like. There is no flavour to it. This is not what I expect when I go out to any establishment. I then had to wait for my waiter to return & check up on us, but he didn't. I had to call him. Our condiments were not put on the table before our food arrived as well. I kept my calm & said nothing. I then ordered a ****tail, Long Island Ice Tea, it tasted like lemon juice with a touch of coke. The amount of ice put in the glass was way too much as well, standing above the time of the glass like a mountain. I sent the drink back & the waiter just assumed he should replace the drink without finding out by me what I want to do about it. They don't seem to have the knowledge on how to address a complaint as he also stayed away after that for a while. My friend had a margarita & the glass she received had two chips in it. That is unacceptable as a chipped glass or any chipped item in a kitchen should be thrown away as a guest could injure themselves. I am in the hospitality industry & I look at these things when I go out. I know what is expected & this is not it.
