NUTSHELL COMPLAINT

I was at this establishment last week. I had a payment decline and they put through another one and it went through. They told me that they do not process refunds. They have taken R1000 plus from me for a R500 bill. I have been battling for resolution and they do not respond via email! I as the customer need to phone and request feedback nearly daily!

They do not care as long as their funds are there. My bank requested documentation, which I emailed to them but nearly 24 hours later (after waiting for a week), nobody has responded! DO NOT VISIT THEM!
