Disappointed
I literally go to this place on Fridays with my wife and I can't say the service is through out bad but at least one could turn a blind eye on it. Friday the 28th of August I went there with my wife at 9 o'clock to start her birthday celebration which was going to be on the 1st of September, I walked ourselves in and eventually bumped into a lady whom I asked for a table for two. I was feeling a little under the weather and ordered Rooiboos tea and my lady ordered a ****tail, believe me when I say we waited until 10 o'clock and had to remind our waiter of our order. She brought the tea without sugar, we waited until my wife went to ask again. The tea order included pizza which we waited for another hour after requesting manager's intervention. We asked to pay for the bill because it was too much now and the manager promised to get back to us and till to date we are yet to hear from them. No apology, no accountability whatsoever
