Wheel Rim Damage

I took my white BMW X3 to have my wheels balanced aligned and rotated at 18000 kms on Thursday April 26th 2018.

I realised on the 6th of May 2018 that the edge of the rim of my left front wheel had damage.

Took the vehicle back to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Century City on 7th May 2018 to show them the damage and everyone says it is pavement damage.

I have not driven over a pavement and I am still of the opinion that the rim was damaged when checking the symptoms of a Hop in the wheel when I took it in and they needed to get the tire off the rim.

I will take before and after photos now when visiting a Tiger Wheel and Tyre but I will not return to this branch ever again.
