Wheel damaged when replacing tyres, denied fault

I had a deeply disappointing experience with TWT Silver Oaks. I requested two Bridgestone Potenza tyres to be installed on my BMW, and made sure to request extra care when taking the tyres off of (and putting the tyres onto) the wheels. Despite this, insufficient care was taken, and my wheels were damaged.<br> <br> When this was taken up with Marnus, he claimed that the damage must have existed prior to the work being done. This is not true; the wheels did not have damage prior to the work being done.<br> <br> The whole experience was ruined, not only by the damage that was done to my wheels, but also the manner in which it was handled when reported.<br> <br> This seems to be a common issue and if it is something that is unavoidable, then customers should at least be warned. Shirking responsibility for the damage is ********* and a rotten business practice.
