Wheel bolt missing on my front tyre

At around 10h48 today I went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Ermelo to purchase two continental tyres and also do an alignment and was assisted by a rep named Donald Duba.

I returned back to work and Unfortunately when I got home after work, only realised that one of my wheel bolt and cap is missing and it was too late for me to return back as it was already after hours.
