Wheel alighment gone bad.
Booked my vehicle in for wheel alighment today.Recieved a numer which was placed on the bonnet of my veicle.I parkedi n the waiting line.Customers booked in after i parked my vehicle in the waiting line were pushed in before me and i was simply.ignored.I returned their booking number and nobody asked me why i returned it.Simply.ignored the situation. Will defenately.reconcider before going back to TWT.Staff is deciding who is next in line and being assisted.Very disappointed in TWT.
