What is the point?

<p>I went into Tiger Wheel & Tyre (Newton Park, Port Elizabeth) to have my car’s tyres rotated and to check the wheel alignment.</p> <p>I asked Vuyo two questions:</p> <p>1. How long before they can start working on my vehicle?<br />2. How long will it take?</p> <p>Vuyo assured me that they could start immediately and that it would take 30 minutes.</p> <p>After an hour, I see that they haven’t even started on the wheel alignment.</p> <p>I had another appointment so, I paid for the tyre rotation and left with half the job done.<br />What a waste of time!</p> <p>What is the point of misinforming clients? </p> <p>It is definitely not a very clever marketing strategy and this is not the first time that I have been misled at this branch of Tiger Wheel & Tyre. </p> <p>The last time, I could not just leave because I was having new tyres fitted to my other vehicle.</p> <p>I should have learnt from my first experience!<br />I have learnt now.</p>
