what brilliant service!

A few months ago, vehicle needed a tyre change.<br> Replaced them at a reputable company. <br> (Aside from smooth tyres, the vehicle that was sent in had no shudder, no steering issue, etc. Basically perfect!)<br> <br> We got the vehicle back & it shuddered! Steering was unwieldy. Everything was out! <br> Took it back. Their response: It was apparently the vehicle. All 4 rims were damaged. Vehicle needed new rims. <br> <br> Vehicle went back for 're-alignment'. <br> It got better but was far worse than the original, when it had smooth tyres. <br> <br> I consulted a TWT for some advice. <br> They were SO HELPFUL! <br> Eventually, they helped us to find out that 3 of the 4 tyres had defects.<br> TWT helped us to get manufacturers replacements. <br> NO SHUDDER SINCE! <br> AND WE DID NOT REPLACE THE RIMS! <br> <br> Unfortunately we cannot remember the name of the young gentleman who assisted us. <br> to TWT Newton Park - This young fellow is an asset to your team! <br> His stellar customer service is something that should be commended and exampled! <br> We hope that you are able to give him the recognition he rightfully deserves! <br> <br> And a warning for consumers out there! <br> BEWARE<br> GET A 2ND OPINION<br> BEFORE FORKING OUT!
