What a service.

I am a client to this company, tiger wheels and tyre. I do not have any particular store i use. Last week i was at Wonderboom and Sipho was amazingly helpful. Was in Musina and also the store in Pretoria central and their service is 100% tops. Yesterday i was at Centurion and there is an African lady there whos service is out of this world. She was welcoming and all my expectations met. Then today i went to Gezina, how i regret that. I was assisted by an African lady who showed no appreciation and gave no welcoming. She took me from pillar to post without exact on point explanation. I had to make two trips just for a sensor to be activated. This lady is painting a bad picture for this company. She needs further training or change of mind set. She must be informed that she is the face of the company and not the company.
