WEEKEND PROMOTION NOT ACCURATE AND POORLY MANAGED

I am very dissapointed with the recent WEEKEND AWAY promotion offered by Tiger Wheel and Tyre . I qualified for the promotion and dilignetly submitted my invoice to await the details for the promotion .....what a farce . The marketing company or in house marketing department dealing with this promotion is totally inadequate . The WEEKEND promotion (as advertised) is now a mid week promotion . This was never communicated nor can i find this in the terms and conditions that is constantly quoted in other complaints on this matter

The Support department working on this campaign all have different replies and offer extrmely limited feedback . I was even offered a years free dinner to compensate for the poor communication which i am still waiitng for ??? Something to do with a loyalty card/Ryno campaign . All feedback totally limited and very unprofessional feedback on this campaign . A poor promotion like this damages the brand when not correctly implemented . To date , 1 month on , i still have no clarity on my "prize" nor how to claim my MID WEEK break . This is not what was communicated and advertisd and a very poorly managed campaign .
