Unsolicited marketing spam received

Today I received an unsolicited marketing spam sms from TWT Cresta.

Although I have previously made a purchase from TWT Cresta, I have NEVER given permission to use my number for marketing or spam purposes and find it most disrespectful.

Whenever salespeople asked for my mobile number, I am always hesitant to give my number for this exact reason that I will receive unsolicited marketing spam on my phone. Thus, if I can't get away with not giving my number, I always insist that I am only giving my number on condition that my number is not used for any marketing spam. TWT Cresta assured me that my number would only be used for reference purposes

But then TWT Creasta go and disrespect this condition and spams me anyway.

Please can TWT and TWT Cresta remove my number from the marketing database with immediate effect. Although I was a customer in the past, that does not give TWT the right to continue to spam me.

Please have the courtesy to ASK your customers if they want to receive marketing information. Please don't just spam them without permission.
