Unsatisfied customer

I am unsatisfied with the service of Sello from the unlimited tyre and rim department .He is rude and has no way of speaking to clients ,I am still waiting forbfeedback with regards to my claim from 2021/09/01 to date .I was informed to follow the refund process of which Sello has made it very difficult to claim .I do not recommend he deal with clients as he has no customer service ethics.....
