Unprofessional pathetic service for premium price

I just came back from Tiger Wheels and Tyers Festival Mall the service is so unprofessional to say the least. Got there at 16:45, I set there till 17:30 for them to tell me that it’s too late and that they can’t assist. I went to the mechanic part of the store to go take my car and they told me that they already inserting the wheels and that they’ll do the alignment. At 17:47’ish the mechanic comes back to tell me that they can’t do the just a few minutes after making payment. That time their rep disappeared into thin air while this whole show is happening. I ended up storming out with so much frustration and anger leaving my car behind as I can’t believe I had paid R7100 for such unprofessional behaviour.For a premium store like that I did not expect such. I’ve never wasted my time like this it’s shocking!!!!Taking advantage of sweet women’s kindness I bet they don’t carry out such behaviour to men!!!!!!!!!!
